Winter -

     * Holiday Week nights: $250.00/night
     * Weekends: $200.00/night
     * Mid Week: $175.00/night

     * 

            » $100.00 linen and service fee per stay.
            » $500/stay security deposit required
            » 2 night minimum stay, 9% ME lodging tax not included.
            » Discounts available for extended stays.


Summer -

     * Weekly: $1000.00/7 night Saturday night check-in (June,July,August, September weeks)
     * Weekly: $900.00/7 night Saturday night check-in (May, Nov weeks)
     * Weekly: $800.00/5 night Sunday night check-in (off season or short notice availability)
     * Weekends $200/night (Fri/Sat) - Weekdays $175
     * Midweek (off season or short notice availability) 2 night minimum):  $175.00

Seasonal -

     * Winter: (Nov. 15 - April 15) $7,000.00 plus utilities

Terms & Conditions

Check-In/Out -

     * Check-In: After 4:00 -6:00 PM and by arrangement
     * Check-Out: 10 AM

Service Fee -

     * Our sevice fee is for provision of linens when indicated, as well as sundries like paper towrels, toilet tissue,
         kleenex, cleaning supplies, propane for gas grills, etc.
     * Our expectation is that our home will be in a most reasonably clean condition when you depart.

Smoking -

     * All our properties are smoke-free.
     * Smoking at our properties will result in a forfeit of the damage deposit.

Pets -

     * Pets are allowed ONLY by special arrangement. $15/night, Security deposit will be doubled.

Payments -

     * Payments are due within 7 days of booking and shall be for the full amount plus a 8% ME lodging tax.
     *  A credit card will hold your reservation pending payment by personal check and we request next-day mail.

Damage Deposits -

     * A damage deposit of $500.00 will be required upon check-in.
     * This needs to be in a separate check that will be held until after departure or held by credit card.

Cancellation Policy -

     * A full refund less a 10% handling fee if 30 days notice is given (60 days holiday).
     *  If less then 30 days (60 days holiday) of notice is given your payment will be forfeited
         unless we are able to rebook the property for the entire length of your stay.
