Terms & Conditions
Check-In/Out -
* Check-In: After 4:00 - 6:00 PM on weekend stays, as early as you wish on Sundays for weekly stays and by arrangement
* Check-Out: 10 AM
Service Fee -
* Our sevice fee is for provision of linens when indicated, as well as sundries like paper towrels, toilet tissue,
kleenex, cleaning supplies, propane for gas grills, etc.
* Our expectation is that our home will be in a most reasonably clean condition when you depart.
Smoking -
* All our properties are smoke-free.
* Smoking at our properties will result in a forfeit
of the damage de
Pets -
* Pets are allowed ONLY by special arrangement.
Pet fee is $15/day and security deposit is doubled.
Payments -
* Payments are due within 7 days of booking and shall be for the full amount plus a 7% ME lodging tax.
* We accept master card and visa or personal checks and request next-day air or fed-ex service.
Damage Deposits -
* A damage deposit of $500.00 will be required upon check-in.
* This needs to be in a separate check that will be held until after departure, or held on your credit card.
Cancellation Policy -
* A full refund less a 10% handling fee if 30 days notice is given (60 days holiday).
* If less then 30 days (60 days holiday) of notice is given your payment will be forfeited
unless we are able to re book the property for the entire length of your stay.
